Overview

Take part in an introduction to swimming and water safety class for adults at Maitland Aquatic Centre.

This is an inclusive session that welcomes culturally and linguistically diverse community members and promotes fitness and health, offering guidance in how to swim and how to be safe in and around the water. We hope to empower you to take up the challenge of learning to swim.
